Hi! I’m Natasha at The Soap Loaf Company on Abbeydale Rd, Sheffield and I am looking forward to becoming part of the Ball Street Deli community! The Soap Loaf Company workshop is a haven for crafting your own bath and body cosmetics with our brand Cosmeti-Craft. Our shop is packed full of eco and vegan friendly skincare products and accessories. The business was born 7 years ago and I decided it was time to expand into premises nearly 3 years ago and never looked back. Zara and I can’t wait to meet you all at the Ball Street Deli!
What will you be bringing to the Ball Street Deli?
We will be bringing a huge selection of beautiful quality, skin enriching soap and solid shampoo that is all sold by weight and cut fresh from the loaf right in front of you. We are not called The Soap Loaf Company for nothing! Get ready to smell your way through our range of bath bombs and shower fizzers as well as some great seasonal gifts. You will also have the chance to explore our plastic free accessories and eco friendly products such as bamboo toothbrushes and soap dishes to compliment your home. If you need to check availability for our workshop, our diaries will be at the ready!
Why do you love Kelham Island?
I love Kelham Island for it’s industrial history that can be seen all around in the beautiful surroundings of its buildings and waterways. Kelham Island has moved forward in becoming a modern day thriving hub for all ages and communities of Sheffield with its many businesses as well as its smart apartment buildings offering a well placed lifestyle for commuters, students and small families. What’s not to love!
What has been the highlight of 2018?
The highlight of 2018 for me, has to be my recent partnership with a craft tv channel. Home of Crafts Hobbies and Arts, Hochanda TV (sky channel 673) has invited me to present seasonal shows to demonstrate our Soap Crafting Kits and I have loved exploring the workings of live television. What have you asked Santa for this year?
This year I have asked Santa for a visit to our workshop to make soap with all the children on 8th December!
