Please can you introduce yourselves...
We are Dan and Sarah and the Sunshine Team. We make delicious wood-fired pizza, hand-stretched and made with slow-prooved dough. We use 100% organic flour and tomatoes, and high quality toppings. We have tasty vegan cheese and gluten-free pizza bases too.
What will you be bringing to Ball Street Deli?
We will be bringing our new Sunshine Pizza Truck, with our characteristic beautiful orange oven inside to cook our delicious pizzas.
Why do you love Kelham Island?
We love Kelham Island because of its character. We come frequently to Sheffield Brewery and the nearby Dorothy Pax at Victoria Quays. We have attended the Victorian Christmas Market at Kelham Island Museum and will be back for the Magical Makers’ Emporium. We have served pizzas at Kelham Island Beer festival twice and we love it!
What has been your highlight of 2018?
Folk Forest, Peace in the Park, Rite Trax on the Bole Hills and the Kelham Island Beer festival were great events but so were many others!
What have you asked Santa for this Christmas?
We’re getting our present early and are off to New York to try out the pizzas. Business purposes only of course!
