Riverbank Clean-ups
Check our website and social media for notice of the next clean-up and come and meet some new neighbours and friends - or sign up for direct notification.
KINCA works with The River Stewardship Company (RSC) and the Blue Loop Project to protect the natural environment along the River Don as it passes through the heart of the Kelham Island & Neepsend.
Neighbourhood residents come together for a couple of hours on regular weekends to clear invasive plants, cut back unruly growth and clear out litter. Gloves, equipment, safety supervision and tea are provided by the RSC, and the Craft & Dough restaurant provide free pizzas.
